Lesson 10 of 11Recognizing, training, trusting, and releasing people
This lesson matters because developing others means seeing God’s grace in people, giving them relational investment, clear instruction, safe opportunities, honest feedback, increasing responsibility, and permission to become fruitful without becoming copies of us. My prayer is that you receive this truth as grace, respond in obedience, and allow it to deepen both your relationship with God and your participation in His purpose. — Pastor Travis Morgan

Why this matters for salvation
Multiplication carries truth, care, leadership, and gospel mission into future people and places.
