Website and App Terms

Use Destiny with honesty and care.

These terms apply to the Destiny Apostolic Church website, My Destiny accounts, Grow and Leadership learning areas, forms, and related online services. By using them, you agree to use them lawfully and respectfully.

Accounts

Each person should use one Destiny account connected to one person profile. Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information. Do not access another person’s account or attempt to view records you are not authorized to see. Destiny may restrict or disable an account when needed to protect people, resolve duplicate records, or address misuse.

My Destiny Church mobile app

These terms also cover the mobile app, its shared Destiny account, Grow learning, licensed Bible reader and personal notebook. The first mobile release is for adults 18 and older. Do not use a false age declaration or let someone else use your signed-in account. Group messaging and minor access are not part of this release.

The app and website share relevant profile and learning information. Deleting the shared account affects both. Review the account-deletion explanation before confirming a request. Do not enter another person’s private information or upload their photograph without permission.

Scripture is supplied with the providers’ and publishers’ permissions and attribution. Do not remove copyright notices or use the app to bulk-download, redistribute or sell a licensed Bible. Notebook exports contain saved notes, not a download of the licensed Bible. The reader’s usage disclosure explains its reporting and the option to use My Notes without it.

Watch uses YouTube; Give uses Church Center; meetings may use Zoom. Their own terms apply. Unlisted YouTube video is shareable, not confidential streaming. Optional giving does not unlock app features, and an account-deletion request does not cancel recurring giving. Church-information help is not a live AI, emergency service or promise of an immediate answer from Pastor.

Church and educational content

Website, Grow, Leadership, video, workbook, and ministry content is provided for church participation and spiritual education. It does not replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.

Requests and emergencies

Online prayer, pastoral-care, and contact forms are not monitored continuously and do not create an emergency-response service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Communications

If you opt in, Destiny may send email and text messages about your visit, request, classes, ministry participation, or next steps. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of attending Destiny.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, submit false or harmful information, probe security, copy restricted Leadership resources, impersonate another person, or use the system to harass or exploit anyone. Links to external services are provided for convenience, and their own terms apply.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but features may change or occasionally be unavailable. Destiny may update these terms as its ministry and technology change.
