Use Destiny’s website with honesty and care.

Effective September 1, 2026

These terms apply to the Destiny Apostolic Church website, My Destiny accounts, Grow and Leadership learning areas, forms, and related online services. By using them, you agree to use them lawfully and respectfully.

Accounts

Each person should use one Destiny account connected to one person profile. Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information. Do not access another person’s account or attempt to view records you are not authorized to see. Destiny may restrict or disable an account when needed to protect people, resolve duplicate records, or address misuse.

Church and educational content

Website, Grow, Leadership, video, workbook, and ministry content is provided for church participation and spiritual education. It does not replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.

Requests and emergencies

Online prayer, pastoral-care, and contact forms are not monitored continuously and do not create an emergency-response service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Communications

If you opt in, Destiny may send email and text messages about your visit, request, classes, ministry participation, or next steps. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of attending Destiny.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, submit false or harmful information, probe security, copy restricted Leadership resources, impersonate another person, or use the system to harass or exploit anyone. Links to external services are provided for convenience, and their own terms apply.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but features may change or occasionally be unavailable. Destiny may update these terms as its ministry and technology change.
